Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AI-assisted image generation services provided by vCabin ("we", "the app", "the platform") — the vCabin iOS app and web platform. By downloading the app, creating an account, or using the services you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

  • vCabin is a tool that generates virtual try-on / model imagery and videos from the product and model images you upload, using artificial intelligence.
  • Output quality, accuracy, or any specific result is not guaranteed; outputs are based on AI inference.
  • Service features, credit costs, and generation models may change or be improved without prior notice.

2. Account and Security

  • You must create an account with accurate, current information to use the service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • If you notice unauthorized use, notify us immediately at info@yukawholesalestore.com.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payment

  • Image and video generations are charged in "credits". Credits are obtained through weekly auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time (non-subscription) credit packs.
  • All purchases in the iOS app are processed through the Apple App Store using Apple's billing system. We do not collect or store your payment details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any free trial available to first-time subscribers converts to a paid subscription if not cancelled within the trial period.
  • You can cancel anytime via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • One-time credit packs do not renew; purchased credits are added to your account.
  • Credits are cumulative; your unused credit balance is preserved and remains spendable even if a subscription is cancelled or expires. Premium features (e.g., high resolution) are available only during an active subscription.
  • Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value, except where required by law. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You may use the service only for lawful purposes permitted under these Terms.
  • You may not upload images of people you do not have rights to or consent from, trademarks, or copyrighted content.
  • You may not generate or upload obscene, unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.
  • Reverse engineering, automated abuse, overloading, or circumventing security measures is prohibited.
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Obscene, sexual, violent/hateful, or rights-infringing content is strictly prohibited; when detected, the content is removed and the offending user is permanently banned.
  • You can report any generation in the app via the "Report content" option. We review reported content within 24 hours, remove anything that violates these rules, and ban the responsible user.
  • Violations may result in content removal and account suspension or permanent ban.

5. Intellectual Property and Use of Outputs

  • You own the input images you upload; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, you hold the usage rights to the output images you generate and may use them commercially.
  • The vCabin brand, logo, software, and interface belong to us; you acquire no rights to them.
  • We do not guarantee that AI outputs are original or free of third-party rights; you are responsible for your use of outputs.

6. AI Outputs — Disclaimer

  • Generated images are produced by AI and may not faithfully reflect reality; deviations in color, texture, proportion, and detail can occur.
  • You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy and suitability before publishing them.
  • The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Third-Party Services

  • The service relies on third-party providers for generation, hosting, payment, and analytics (e.g., Apple, fal.ai, Supabase, RevenueCat, Sentry, Vercel).
  • Those providers' own terms apply. See our Privacy Policy for data processing details.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, vCabin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profit.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

  • You may close your account anytime via "Account → Delete My Account".
  • We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice in case of a breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in-app and/or via email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
  • Without prejudice to your rights under consumer law, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
