vCabin ("we", "the app", "the platform") takes the security of your personal data seriously. This policy describes what data we collect through the vCabin iOS app and vcabin.app, why we collect it, and your rights. We act as data controller under Turkish KVKK law (similar in scope to GDPR).

1. Data We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, password (hashed).
  • Uploaded images: product photos, model references, generation inputs.
  • AI generation outputs: produced images and session metadata.
  • Usage analytics: error logs, performance metrics, anonymized session statistics (Sentry).
  • Payment data: not collected directly; subscription transactions are handled by Apple App Store and RevenueCat.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Generating AI-assisted product and model imagery.
  • Account creation, verification, and session management.
  • Verifying subscription entitlements and managing credit balances.
  • Customer support and troubleshooting.
  • Service quality measurement and improvement.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

  • fal.ai — AI generation infrastructure (images you upload are sent to and processed by this provider to generate imagery).
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and storage (EU region).
  • RevenueCat — App Store subscription state and billing events.
  • Sentry — error and performance monitoring (no PII leaked).
  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • Your images are shared with AI providers such as fal.ai only after you give explicit in-app consent. These providers offer the same or equal level of protection for the data shared with them.

4. Data Retention

  • We retain data while your account is active.
  • Uploaded images and generated content are kept for at most 12 months; expired content is automatically and permanently deleted (except items you have shared publicly).
  • When you delete your account, personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

5. Your Rights

  • Right to know what personal data is processed.
  • Right to know the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
  • Right to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
  • Right to request deletion or destruction.
  • Right to object to outcomes derived solely from automated processing.
  • Exercise these rights via "Account → Delete My Account" in the app or by emailing info@yukawholesalestore.com.

6. Security Measures

  • TLS encryption applied to all network traffic.
  • Passwords stored using bcrypt-style one-way hashing.
  • Database access isolated per user via Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
  • Storage buckets accessed via time-limited signed URLs.

7. Children's Data

  • The app is rated 4+ but is designed as a professional tool for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

8. Policy Changes

  • This policy may be updated. Significant changes will be announced in-app and via email.
